• EdenYork Consulting Pty Ltd (ACN 689 145 908) provides strategic, governance, and compliance advisory services that are commercial in nature and do not constitute legal advice.  

Each entity is independently constituted and solely responsible for the work it performs. No entity within the EdenYork Group is responsible for the acts, omissions, or liabilities of another. 

Scope of Services

Where EdenYork Consulting provides advisory or project-based work, those services are expressly identified as non-legal services in the relevant engagement terms.
These services are not regulated by legal profession legislation, and engaging EdenYork Consulting does not create a solicitor – client relationship.

EdenYork Legal and EdenYork Consulting may collaborate on multidisciplinary projects; however, each remains contractually and professionally accountable for its own role

Professional Standards and Insurance 

EdenYork Legal’s liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation. The firm maintains professional indemnity insurance consistent with the requirements of the Law Society of New South Wales and its governing rules.

Confidentiality and Privacy

EdenYork Legal upholds client confidentiality and legal professional privilege.
Information may, where appropriate, be shared within the EdenYork Group or with carefully selected service providers who assist us in delivering our services and maintaining our systems.
