Joseph Khoury is the Managing Partner of EdenYork and the founder of the firm’s Consulting and Flexible Resourcing divisions. His practice places strong emphasis on corporate governance, compliance and strategic advisory, spanning enterprise risk, ethics and organisational leadership, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

With close to two decades of international experience, Joseph has held senior leadership positions within several multinational organisations, where he led teams across multiple regions. Joseph brings a unique client-side perspective and deep understanding of the commercial realities, pressures and decision-making dynamics that shape global organisations. 

He regularly advises boards and executives on governance, compliance and risk management frameworks that enable sustainable growth and protect enterprise value, particularly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector where he also advises global equity firms on opportunities in the pharmaceutical services and distribution sector.
